We want you to get the most out of your candle and enjoy the wonderful light and aroma as long as possible!

Ensuring the safe and proper use of our candles is our number one priority and we advise you follow the steps below.

  1. When lighting for the first time allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass
  2. Never leave a burning candle unattended
  3. Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time
  4. Burn on a level, heat-resistance surface
  5. Burn candle out of reach of children and pets
  6. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles
  7. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire
  8. Do not place candles in a draft.
  9. Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn
10. Don’t burn all the way down. Leave at least 5mm of wax in the jar
11. Always snuff out the candle. Do not blow out
12. Keep the wax pool clear of matches and other debris

The top of your candle may not be perfect  it may appear cracked, uneven or pitted. This will not negatively affect your candle it is a characteristic of the wax we use only 100% natural waxes (unless otherwise stated) and each batch may have variations to its make up that  might effect is appearance.
